The Hunger Site: a fair trade emporium

You may have heard of The Hunger Site. By clicking daily on the big yellow button on their home page, you help raise funds – provided by sponsors of the site – to feed those in need around the world.

But they also have an ever expanding array of fair trade products ranging from coffee to clothing. I have shopped there for gifts and especially love their jewelry selection. And a portion of proceeds from each item you purchase funds their original mission to feed the world, measured in so many cups on the product page.

Additionally, The Hunger Site allows you to donate to specific causes. By clicking on the Gifts That Give More tab, you can give goats to Rwandan families, feed an orphaned baby elephant, or help build a well in Afghanistan. I encourage you to peruse all of their offerings.
