I saw this lace shirt at TJ Maxx and a wave of nostalgia washed over me. My wedding dress was crafted of a lace design very similar to this and, since I can’t wear my wedding dress on a casual Wednesday, it’s nice that I can at least bring a piece of it with me into the regular world. I was happy to see that it was made in the USA, which doesn’t guarantee but makes it more likely that the piece was produced ethically.
Ethical choices are bolded below:
- Lace Top – T. J. Maxx, made in the USA
- Gray Shirt – Old Navy
- Skirt – American Apparel
- Tights – Forever 21 (old)
- Boots – Vintage via etsy
- Earrings – 1928 (my wedding earrings!)
