mustard cardigan outfit ethical style poststripes outfit

This outfit is so Charlottesville. Half the town looks like it’s on its way to prep school and the other half is about to go hiking. Obviously, I’ve chosen the former route for this outfit.

Ethical choices are bolded below. Retailers taking steps to become more ethical are bolded in gray.

  • Dress – Vero Moda
  • Cardigan – H&M
  • Socks – ?
  • Boots – vintage

  1. Super cute. I like your boots. I need some 🙂

First off, I absolutely loved your comment, and your blog! Your about section is how I feel. I almost exclusively shop at thrift and vintage stores, things I have from other stores are usually older, when I cared less about where I bought things. So, I’m totally digging your thinking! And second, your outfit here is beautiful. I love your yellow cardi and it looks great with the striped dress. Awesome boots too!

Thanks for commenting and for all the compliments on my outfit. The more I thrift, the more I realize how satisfying it is; you have access to all these amazing, weird pieces that make it so much easier to dress creatively.
