I’d forgotten how liberating it is to shoot with a remote! Some argue that photos look less natural with a little clicker in one’s hand, but I like the spontaneity of shots I can take the moment I want to.
This 4th of July weekend was wonderful. I got a ton of work done for Platinum & Rust (listings and SEO stuff mostly), spent Friday evening at a local park watching fireworks with friends, and hosted a game night on Saturday. Sunday was spent photographing forgotten items to sell and editing photos (and eating nachos!).

P.S. If my face looks puffy to you, it’s because I had an allergic reaction to the detergent used to wash this dress. I had to take it off right after the photos were taken. So many skin sensitivities!
