the moral wardrobe: closet secrets

red hair red5mata traders maxi dressOutfit Details: Dress – c/o Mata Traders / Shoes – old / Earrings – AE

I totally forgot I had this Mata Traders maxi dress! It had gotten pushed to the dark, mysterious depths of my closet until I tore through it looking for an appropriate outfit to wear to a local art auction that wouldn’t clash with my new, crazy hair color. Though the printing techniques on Mata Traders’ custom fabrics are as traditional as they get, the cut on the neckline is very contemporary with its crew neck and angled arm holes. A lot of their Spring/Summer line is now on sale, so it’s a great time to peruse what they have to offer.

So, my hair is very red. Shockingly red. But the women at church seem to like it and they can be a tough crowd, so I’ll take that as a sign that I have no reason to worry about it.

I love that your hair matches the trim! And glad the church ladies approve =P

I love your hair, too! I have always taken fashion risks at church, too, since it seems like a safe place. 🙂
